Testing the power supply inside the laptop power supply taking off the back panel is 19.4v. Testing power to different areas for example the usb drive or fan there is voltage. I am curious to see if anyone has information on other possible solutions?

Also, the ac chargers ive tried cant run the laptop.

I tried a new charger and no luck. There is 19.4 volts on 3 different chargers.

TOSHIBA L755 laptop only powers on with newly purchased battery. Does not power on, charge battery, or show LEDS lit up when AC adapter is plugged in. AC adapter shows 19.4v power with multimeter with or without a battery plugged in. When old battery or new battery is used it does not charge...
