I talked to my dad and he sad no he only charged to 69% before turning it on. Its fully charged now, do you know what i can do to get it back on? Or should i take it in to a professional?

Ok thank you. Im pretty eure my dad charged it for the full eight hours .he got it last week an wold it to me yesterday. Do im most likely dealing with a battery problem?

Its still not working, before i pulled the battery out it would start and show the the acer label then black screen with the cursor. But now it wont even start

Hi , i went to switch users then my screen went black , so i turned the power off then back on . The laptop started fine but then the screen went black an only my cursor is visible. I went to take the battery out while it was on, but i cant find where to take the battery out. I can only unscrew...
