    This is happening when performing the 0 press and turning on. I go through the recovery wizard. When it gets to the now recovering please wait screen that’s when it fails.

    I’m trying to reset my Toshiba satellite l755 to factory specs because this thing is running like garbage. I am getting error codes f3-f200-0002 & 10-fc06-000d. What does these mean? And now I can’t start it up normally to run a diagnostic on the hard drive.
