I like FetchFlow.com, too. I do international work, and it handles global currencies and other languages. Lots of my biz is in Mexico, and it'll send invoices in Spanish and Mexican pesos. Works with the major payment gateways, too. I use authorize.net, and it syncs clean. More info...
