Would need to make a few assumptions to know what you mean. But if a mobile game problem it's best to contact support for game developers. Usually pretty good for the ones I've contacted in the past.

It's not completely unknown for devices to use more charge than can be charged; and games can be quite power hungry. But as 1shado1 suggests, there does seem like a bad component somewhere. No OS being detected is seemingly a different issue. This seems to suggest a hard drive issue somewhere...

Which software would you recommend for Blu Ray playback on a Windows 10 PC? I so have Arcsoft's TotalMedia Theatre, but only just found out it's been rendered useless because of (1) the upgrade to Windows 10 and (2) Arcsoft no longer supports the software. (Cue much frustration and anger.)

No idea. I'm going to waffle a bit... CDROM drive could be faulty. You haven't set default programs to autoplay new media when inserted. You haven't got programs to play audio. (Unlikely due to you mentioning iTunes...) The CDs you are trying to play are somehow faulty. Some peculiar form...
