    Try running in cmd "netsh int ip reset" and also reset windows firewall. IF you are using a 3rd party firewall disable it.

    Since this was happening with the original OS I would advice you to format your HD (save all your files) and make a fresh install of Win10 without all the junkware they tend to install .It will automatically get activated once it connects to the net.

    First of all you need to install the latest amd drivers.... When your laptop is using the intel gpu it saves power but under load the second gpu should be activated automatically
