    But it could be that the 3 batteries that I have pretty much went bad at the same time?

    So can somebody help me, please. I don't know if the problem is the laptop or the batteries.

    I have 3 batteries for my Sony Vaio that get drained within 10 min after I unplug them from the a/c power. Each of them will say 100% carged & they get drained within 10 minutes of using my laptop. If I keep my laptop plugged to the power, then I don't have a problem.
