Phones are already to dam thin(and narrow) ,
I don't know About others , but i find most of the modern handsets have so little substance , they are like trying to hang onto a bar of soap.
Imo even without the extra camera features , the note 8 had the value in the bag just with the S pen alone .
The other extras on the note are just gravy .
also the open dual app function is a highly desirable feature .
As an S8 owner , it would be nice to have this extra feature work , but i didnt buy it for that ,and really it is not like your missing out on ai voice commands , it still has google home on it ,
and you can take a photo by voice command if you wish , this feature you could do on galaxy...
It's a nice concept , I hope they don't turn the note in to a long narrow thing , to me the note should be big , by all means make it slightly taller ...... But don't cut down the width !
The note should be a full size device , and that includes fat enough for a 4000 mAh battery .
I'm not sure about the new tall and narrow trend , I had look at a G6 in store comparing it to my G5 which I class as a medium sized phone and the G6 was even narrower , I might add , the G5 is the first and last smallish phone I will have , phablets are just easier to use for me.
