New laptop is slow (Acer)

I just bought a new laptop and it's very slow. The brand is Acer. Info: - model: Aspire ES1-520 (cheap) - 4GB RAM - Processor: AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics - 2 CPU's 1.4 GHz - Win 8.1 The CPU, disc and memory are around 100 %. Is there any way to solve this?
