    Best £10 or Less Smartphone

Is buying a phone and getting a sim only contract an option. Cause giffgaff do a pretty neat £10 a month sim and for £12 you get unlimited internet (well it's limited to 1GB an hour).

Laptops CPU and GPU run at 60 - 70 degrees

That's fine for a laptop. Anything below 90 is to be expected from a laptop and even then they can survive above that. My Laptop GPU used to regularly get to 105C and the CPU would get so hot the thing would cut off. It still works just fine (though I have given it a good clean and replaced the...

    youtube being blocked

What is your PC specs, OS and browser? First thing I would do is a virus scan and uninstall all instances of flash player and reinstall from the adobe website.

Sennheiser HD 180 vs. jbl j03b?

I had those Sennheisers (though they are called HD201 in the UK) as my first pair of headphones and they were pretty good. After extended use they could get uncomfortable but once they adjusted to your head they got much better and could be worn for hours. Can't comment on the JBL as I have...

    ATH M50's For Gaming

I would definitely keep the M50s, as they provide amazing performance for the price (or so I have heard, they are nearly twice as much in the UK). You should be fine plugging them into your onboard sound, these days built in audio isn't that bad. You can get virtual surround with a soundcard...

I have bose Q20i and Sennheiser momentum, which one should I keep? ( I bought the momentum for $160 , Bose for $315)

I would go sennheiser because unless you are studying in crowded loud places a lot, sound quality wins over noise cancellation. Furthermore you might find that when you are listening to music + staying in a place with a lot of constant background noise you tend to stop noticing the background...

    Wanted! 14 Inch Gaming Laptop!

It is North Dakota with a "J". And no, I do not live in the US so most of the 2 letter abbreviations mean very little to me and even if I do know what they mean, I rarely know where they are.

    Wanted! 14 Inch Gaming Laptop!

MSI make a GE40 and Gigabyte have the P34G. Both are marketed as "thin and light" gaming laptops. Just to be sure, is the budget in USD (guessing from the use of pounds and inches)? You may also find some luck in the OEMs who custom build laptops based off clevo models. However I don't really...

    i5 3230M vs i7 3630QM (laptop)

the i7 would definitely be a step up from the i5 due to the i5 only having 2 cores as opposed to the i7s 4. But for $200, I am not so sure, especially when here in the UK the upgrade from that i5 to that i7 is only around £60 on PCSpecialist's inferno laptop. What laptop is it that you are...

Will this laptop play simple games?

You could play those games (Tf2 minecraft etc) with a laptop that costs less than $1000. For your needs that asus is way overkill with a quad core processor, 16Gb of ram, beastly mobile GPU and a 3D screen.

    laptop cpu and ram

I'd recommend chrome for a older laptop, as it is seems to be much more "snappier" than firefox on slower systems. Both are miles ahead of internet explorer.

    laptop cpu and ram

Your requirements are not too high. I am fairly sure the integrated HD graphics on the intel chips should be able to run 1080p vids on youtube and most laptops come with 4GB of ram which should be plenty. Waiting for pages to open is more a internet speed thing and crashing is probably due to...
