Sadly, speedfan was the first idea I came up with and it failed. It couldn't find any advanced fan controllers whatsoever. I couldn't even read fan speeds. Just two temp sensors for HDD and CPU. If it had worked I wouldn't even try modyfing the actual bios file. I think it's time to give up...
