    Nope, need to get hard drive adaptor from laptop to pc. Funny thing is I can see bios, loading windows, but not the 8.1 windows welcome and password plug in window. So I cannot even go to task manager. Tried installing windows seven, there is an error.

    Ok so my laptop has black screen, mouse on it, not always. It's not that it is switched to a different screen, and power drain doesn't help. I cannot install a different windows, saying there is an error. Help!
