Thanks for the suggestion. I'm completely open to how it gets done. I'm a bit of a novice. The problem (I think) is a lot of the Toshiba system features aren't getting installed when the system is restored directly from Microsoft with Win 10. My hope was the Toshiba recovery media might fix this.

Hi, I'm looking at a Toshiba Portege Z20t. It's been upgraded to Win10 and whoever did it wiped the recovery drive in the process. It's not behaving exactly as it should, so I'd like to do a clean reinstall to Win 8 with the Toshiba recovery media and then start the Win 10 upgrade again. I...
