It seems that Amazon US will ship the Seiki Digital SE39UY04 39-Inch 4K TV to the UK so I was thinking of finding a cheap-ish laptop or sff desktop machine that can drive it. I am *not* an avid gamer. I am a coder that usually buys cheap I7 laptops and leaves them tethered to my 32 inch 1080P TV...
