Exactly same problem, it must have been some broken W10 update. I've reinstalled all drivers, messed up with tons of options - nothing helps. It suddenly starts desyncing. Restarting PC helps for a while... I've also tried to use clean Realtek R2.82 drivers instead of the ones from ASUS -...
