I spammed f11 and it asked me which boot device to use so I chose dvdram option but nothing happened, my pc just turned on as usual, normally. The setup didn't start.

My pc needs clean reinstall of windows so I wanted to use my disc and do it. When I got into the bios I couldn't change settings so that boot can start from my dvd ( disc ). It has like 8 settings, primary, secondary boot option etc. I've tried to put my dvd as a primary but nothing changes when...
