    Asus trouble shoot

    hello i am having probelms with my asus laptop model X54C. The screen has frozen. The mouse does not work. i cannot shut down any pages or restart my pc. I have used a remote mouse .the curser moves around but it wont do anything else. Can u help me with this probelm please?
