As visible in the picture linked, I have my ADMINISTRATOR Account "Parshva Shah" and this was the only one I have had for months on Windows 10. However, a weirdly named LOCAL Account "wpncnnmgse" got created on my machine. I keep on deleting this account along with its files, but it revives...
