    Thank you, both for your answer. I am new to this Forum. I hit a button that said refresh. I recall a suggestion to do this about once a week as a maintenance task. If I need to reinstall, shall I click on each app separately and install? Patricia

    I refreshed my laptop....Toshiba....now my apps on left hand side are gone....an empty space is there! Above space is a box that contains a list of these apps. I opened the box and want to knoe......how do I reinstall these apps?
