Well, I sent in my camcorder into JVC. They sent back a brand new camcorder. Works like it should. Now that is customer service.

JVC had me send the camcorder back to them for warranty repair. Thank for all your input.

outlander I have read the entire owners manual. It says" You can connect the camera to an HDTV via an HDMI cable,and easily playback the recorded high-definition videos on wide screen HDTV's." Nothing to enable. Kenrivers I can see the playback on the camera screen. Just won't connect to the TV.
