Can I upload a picture?

I opened the enclosure.

My A515-51-589E has a 2280 slot with M-Key. Would it support PCIe or only SATA? I did not find any options in the BIOS. HWiNFO shows only 2 PCI Express x1 which are used for CardReader and Ethernet + WLAN. Would anyone have any thoughts how I can find out? Much appreciated. Thanks, Johannes
