Can it run my softwares at the same time?

Well I'm a bit confused now. Some of you say it's okay... but one says no. I don't mind not playing games at it.. I just want to know if I can run Photoshop CS6, Vmware (running mac) and wamp at the same time. Maybe vmware may not run all the time, but I want some ease when I switch softwares...
