    I've never had any probs with rufus. I have seen people have probs with the tool when making bootable media though

    Use rufus get the ISO select GPT partition then use a flash drive

    Do you have the M.2 drivers?? If it's like a desktop, you have to configure the settings in the BIOS first And what version of windows ? Are you trying to install windows on it, or you trying to use it as a 2nd hdd?

    Reinstall Windows after you enable UEFI What did you use to install windows?

    I think that's a diagnostic thing. It's telling you, something is wrong / or failed Do you have the manual? This should tell you what the flashing means
