yes didnt think of that, i was more looking at the specs, just rechecked the warrantys Dell is 3 yr prosupport, NBD onsite service, Unsure if thats just to diagnose or for all warranty 3 yr warranty Toshiba is courier pick up and delivery

Thanks :) was just some minor differences, the latitude has 4 usb 2 ports, the toshiba has 2 usb2 and 1 usb3 port, Toshiba 320GB (7200rpm) SATA, Dell 250GB 7200 toshiba states 1 free ram slot, dell doesnt say Toshiba has has the finger print reader, One on site warranty the other courier...

Hi, i have been offered the choice of 2 laptops to replace a stolen one, could anyone please tell me which is better, any known faults and problems, etc. I have no luck with computers, had 2 stolen and now my destop has broken... ahhh... please help the quicker i give them an answer the quicker...
