No. Everything. Say it, Adobe, Norton, Avast, Games, Etc. It won't work

Ok. My Sony VAIO runs well. But it always lose its software (literally!) whenever I install something that windows didn't make. Install the Office Suite and Skype it will run well. But install Adobe Photoshop and Norton it won't. Is this a bug? Or just a software or hardware problem?

Ok, I really need a laptop for Travel and Gaming. The battery life should last for at least 6 hours. But the RAM is upgradable so I don't have a problem with it. Don't need an optical drive. The Hard Drive should be 500 GB the least. The rest doesn't matter.
