Wow, at least they offered you a phone, the best they would do for me was send a SIM replacement, and wouldn't even expedite it. 10 days later, no SIM. The WORST customer service experience ever.- paulvotava

Same here, good if it works, if you have problems like tower switching issues in my case, they leave you hanging for weeks with apologies and no solutions. Stay away!- paulvotava
