Do you have Intel Graphic Display Adapter (check in Device Manager - Display Adapters)? If you do, go to Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, choose On Battery option and make all options listed to disabled like Panel Self-Refresh options. Advise if you observe your issue getting fixed. Are you...
