Found ot at last. Three different areas for settings. Ridiculous. Done, no more sound more vibrate at last. Crazy

Lately my weather alert on my Note 8 has ignored my mute and no vibrate setting. It's a brief "bee-boop" noise amd short vibrate saying percipitatoon in my area. Sound notifications are off, phone is on mute. Went and double checked in Google app settings says medium no sound for alert. Same...
