Can anybody recommend where to get a Lenovo laptop screen replaced/repaired in UK (south-east)?

On start up HWMonitor shows temps running at 40c which doesn't seem right and peaking at 60. Not sure where to go from there? I've seen those coolers before - do they really work, seem more of a gimmick than a solution?

I have a Sony SVE1712C5E which is 15 months old running windows 8.1. On the whole everything works fine except that the heat coming out from the vents seems to be hotter than it should be and makes use uncomfortable. I have cleaned what little dust there was inside out but the problem persists...
