    Solved! Need help/opinion on buying new gaming laptop

    i would recommend the helios 300 from acer. very good value and good thermals and display. if its too pricey, go for a nitro 5 from acer. they are on the lower end of the spectrum. a nitro 5 on amazon with a 1050 ti goes for about 660$.
