Either both chargers are dead and you need a new one, or the port itself is broken. If the power was plugged in and there was the right bump to where it plugs into the computer, it could jar the actual power receptacle solder from the motherboard.
So yeah, you're looking at one of those two...
The keyboards in a laptop are specifically engineered to fit in that laptop, maybe a couple of other models. You could check with MSI/CyberpowerPC/Fangbook/Whatever and see if they have a replacement that's a different color. But you can't just buy any ol' keyboard and swap it in.
You should be able to buy a replacement video board for it if you can find one. That would be significantly less that replacing the TV. Also, if it's under warranty, you should get it replaced that way but I'm sure you've thought of that.
My guess is because their OS is programmed for that one piece of hardware and so it's streamlined to be as efficient as possible. Android is a nasty memory hog and memory manager. To get Android to run smooth you need to throw a lot of RAM at it. Think of it as the difference between a game...
Sounds like you don't have the right USB drivers for it. Installing Samsung Kies will install the right drivers for you. Otherwise you might be able to find the drivers for that specific phone on their support site.

Are you sure that's the model number? There's no way anyone could help you without knowing what inputs are on the back of your speaker system.
Ok so your issue won't be a hard drive if you still have good performance. It's going to be the optical drive like drapacioli suggested or the fan. If it's the fan, normally the sound comes and goes with intensity as the fan speeds up and slows down to compensate for heat. If it's the optical...
The link you have there isn't a public link for Dropbox. Might be the hard drive. If you have a hard drive making that kind of noise, your computer wouldn't work boot into Windows. It may be a fan.
You actually don't have to own a Kindle device for this. Just install the Amazon app store on your Android device and you're good to go. I just grabbed a few of these.
Windows 7 has been out for almost 5 years. If they haven't been able to eek out enough money to buy a new computer, or buy a copy of Windows 7, in the last ~5 years, they might want to consider switching to a new profession.
