    Hi webworkings, thanks for your reply. It's windows 7 and I've tried to restore through the advanced recovery settings. But it's not giving me the choice to restore without using a disc? Which I do not have! Highly annoying

    Hi, I'm trying to restore my cell inspiron 1545 to factory settings, but it's asking me for a windows disc, which I do not have? I've tried f8 method, and it doesn't give me the option for dell restore!
