Just one conclusion : open-source community shall take its responsibility and help users to get rid of those hidden features they don't wan't. By the way, some OS's are supposed to be 'open source' but still do a lot of hidden things ;o) When will we have an G****** independant Android OS...

Don't know if somebody mentioned it , but tracking is also working on IPODs ! Anyone/anyApp reading the unencrypted data directly on the device or from the PC where the IPod has been backuped can track you... Making great products is not an excuse for fooling customers, who have anyway no choice...
