No mention of how many false positives the anti virus programs give, I would imagine that the table would be up sided down, also MSE scores the highest for useability, which is why I use MSE, hassle free and ease of use.

The problem with this and similar ransom ware is that they ask a ridiculously large amount of money to unlock your files. No one will pay that sort of money. Now if they only asked for a few dollars then the percentage of infected people that would be prepared to pay would be quite high.

Although I can see the need for throttling heavy users, the limit of 5Gig is a joke, my usage is close to 40gig a month and I do not consider myself as being a heavy user. Watching TV online will eat 5Gigs very quickly.

If you get this type of malware on your computer it is better to reload the operating system rather than trying to remove it.
