As far as I know, Dell, Sager, HP, Toshiba and some others have this 12" laptops with dual core capabilities for more than 2 years ago, and they never called them netbooks. The main reason they never would be able to compete in the 199.99 - 299.99 price tag of the netbooks, where they started...
