    Mine too. I had just downloaded 4 or 5 upgrades from Microsoft. It said it needed to reboot, I clicked OK, and it hasn't worked since. When I press the ON button, there is one small, blue light (ligthning bolt) on the front, left edge of the laptop that blinks 3 times. That's it.
