    You can try Teamwork PM.. it is an online collaboration tool and project management tool as well. You can assign task to specific members, monitor their deadlines and milestones. It allows for file sharing as well.

    Windows 7 vs 8

    I prefer Win 8 better than Win 7. Totally agree with what colorsful cited as reasons why win 8 is better.
