    Yes, I'm trying to use the App Store that's on the device. I'm also using the music and the books apps that are on the device. I've managed to download a sample book but the full book just freezes. I am checking to see if they are supposed to be compatible with this system version.

    Software 9.3.5 Model A1395 I've tried different types of apps and music and it goes to a rectangle with a progress circle going endlessly in the middle until I restart the thing. They say they're compatible from version 9.3 and above.
