well i finally got it to work i downloaded sound blaster cinema which took over most of my audio enhancements before i installed that i was using realtek hd audio manager to select 5.1 and other enhancements like E.Q. Loudness ect.. which i think that should of worked to get the full 5.1 but w/e...

I just got a logitech z-680 5.1 sound system I have it connected to my msi z87-g41 onboard sound device which is a realtek hd audio all drivers are up to date.I have it wired 6 channel mode everything seems to work fine when i do the sound test sound comes out of every speaker as it should but...
