I was looking for a good laptop for an affordable price [£560 Max], so far I have looked on pcspecialist, cyberpower, and Amazon. I'm not sure about building one because I have no knowledge about building laptops. Preferably, a descent gpu [640-660] and more than 4Gb of RAM. Any suggestions...

I launched chrome and then Bitdefender came up with a message about it being allowed to access my network so I clicked allow, but it came up about 50 times to eventually I clicked block, so now I can't access any web pages on chrome. Any help?
