    I need a lot of help. Something is wrong with my driver.

    It says something is wrong and that I need to troubleshoot it. I right click and click troubleshoot. It scans and identifies the problem. It asks if I want to apply the fix. i click apply it and it loads for a bit and says it can't fix it. What's wrong?

    I know it's not the cord or usb ports because I went through this whole thing before with my iphone 4S. I remember the solution being really simple but I forget what it was. Help me please.
