The ATI 5650 performs better than the 4650 in games. There are just a few games around that are optimized for quad core processors, therefore the i5 520 would be a good choice as well. Go for the i5-5650 configuration.

go for the asus. the gts 360m is faster than the 5650 found in the gateway model. the asus is 16"and not 15". anyway it is more portable than the 17 inch gateway model.

well i'm afraid you cant get any of the above mentioned models in India for 60k. Why not try the lenovo y550? It comes with a GT 240m for a price of ~45k. The GT 240m is much faster than the 5470.
