I have somehow fixed it now turned mono sound of and on and off again and it worked

I notice a difference but its still coming through both sides not single

Ive had this problem now since I got my pc and from reading from this Thread (https://forums.tomsguide.com/threads/my-directional-sound-is-completely-opposite-when-playing-games-help.396969/ ) its been the closest thing to figuring it out.I have only just noticed a major difference when playing...
