    My Acer laptop is charging but it doesn't want to switch on and I don't know where do take the battery out

    The acer laptop is charging and the light is blue.it keeps on charging but it doesn't switches on. There's another light next to the charging in that is supposed to turn blue as well.(a lightning blub symbol)Instead it stays of.
