I haven't tried it yet, but the answer makes a lot of sense to me. I may lose months of work, but if it works it will be worth the effort to replace the 1,000's of lost files when I delete the devise storage. At least they can be replaced. Will report back if I run into a problem. Thanks again...

When files are moved from device storage to sd card. To save storage on my tablet, if I delete the files, it also deletes the same files on my sd card. How do I delete the storage files, but also keep them on my sd card?
