    Check this list : http://www.cpu-world.com/Related_CPUs/BGA1356_Skylake.html See if the CPU you bought to upgrade is on that list.

    After doing a little bit of looking around I found that your laptop should have the FCBGA1356 socket but to make sure we need to download that program on the laptop then I will be able to tell you what CPU you can use on that socket

    Download a program called CPU Z on that notebook and take picture of what socket it shows. Also what CPU did you buy to replace it?
