    this may seem odd but, make sure your pc time is correct, if it is not then you can expect issues with talking to a site that uses TLS.

    Sorry I forgot to mention, pleas edit your comment above and remove the lines that start with C:\Users and the first 2 hops in the tracert. This is for security purposes.

    do this, hit (windowskey + R) and type in "cmd" then type in the black box "nslookup twitter.com" see if it gives you an answer, if so then type in "ping 104.244.42.1" and see if that works. if that does too, then try "tracert twitter.com" if that also works then let us know.

    Good! Also remember anti-virus programs are usually rooted deep into your OS and have higher privileges. That makes Anti-virus programs actually a target for some malware. So the less installed the better.

    Keep Malwarebytes drop Superantispyware. Malwarebyte prem works well as well as kaspersky. Doesn't hurt to run Adwcleaner every once and a while as well.

    hmmm.. I Think it either works or it doesn't, I have not heard of any "Features" being withheld based on GPU.

    Direct X12 is more of a windows 10 requirement thing. If you have a GPU made in the last 2 years or so your direct X12 capable.
