    Will my gpu bottleneck?

Any reason to even go for the 1080 Ti? What are the specs of your monitor, and what games will you be playing? A 1070 is fine for most users in many cases. But to answer your question, there's ALWAYS going to be a bottleneck in a PC system. Whether it be the R/W speeds of an SSD, the bandwidth...

    Best Headphone under $150???

Anything from Sennheiser/HifiMan/Beyerdynamic will be an excellent fit for you. Just note that if you don't own an AMP/DAC (I assume you would with all those good headphones), you will want to be careful when it comes to impedance. Sound is a very subjective thing. If possible, I'd look into...

    Which to keep?

I'd keep the A6. Quad-cores are generally a bit better for multi-tasking, not to mention the extra RAM is always a plus.

I have a hp amd e2-9000 I want to upgrade to i5 processor is it possible?

No. You would need to buy an intel-socket motherboard and likely new RAM, should you choose to go for a more modern processor.

    Is my graphics card integrated?

Those are indeed intel integrated HD graphics. If you want to upgrade your GPU, you will likely need an external enclosure. Be sure that your laptop is compatible with it before you buy.

    Samsung vs TCL

This article may be of use to you: https://www.tomsguide.com/us/pictures-story/1229-best-cheap-4k-tvs.html#s5 But yes, I'd stick with the TCL TV's.

    Samsung vs TCL

It would appear that both of them are rated very closely to the same on rtings: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/tcl/5-series-2018-s517 and https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/nu7100. Personally, I'd just go for the TCL panel. You'll still be getting an awesome experience.

Can I Play gta V on tge following specs

Would you be able to Start GTA V? Yes. Would you be able to play it? No. Definitely not. Those specs are WAY too old/weak to run a game as intensive as GTA V (at a reasonable frame rate.)

Help me to choose a budget gaming laptop

My apologies, I meant the G502VM. Both of them look pretty equal in build quality, it's just that the VM sacrifices RAM for a FAR better GPU, and 8GB is alright for most games. Though if you had the choice, I'd downgrade the processor on that to an i5 and upgrade to 16GB of RAM.

    What is better for price?

I'd hate to play the spoiler here, but neither of those two builds will be good for gaming. If you're looking for schoolwork, then it'd be safe to assume most of your work would be stored online? Even then, I'd actually recommend the first build over the second; stronger graphics, way more RAM...

can't pair my bluedio headphone to my laptop why

Your laptop more than likely doesn't support bluetooth/doesn't have a bluetooth module built in.

Help me to choose a budget gaming laptop

What is your budget? I could more than likely find a better one for the price, but out of these 5, I'd say the Strix strikes the nicest balance. Though if you can afford to, I'd swap out that processor for an i5 and upgrade it to 16GB of RAM, ideally. I picked the strix because it has a strong...

    Surface pro 3 i7 or surface pro 4 i5?

Well, as with many generations its better to get the flagship version of the previous version rather than a lower-grade solution of a newer generation. Example: I'd rather have an i7 2600k than an i5 4690k. But for your needs it seems an i5 will be just fine. Also, since the newer generations...
