    Laptop is off but blinking

    My HP laptop won't turn off properly . When I click on the shut down button it jumped blinks and stays on.when I press on the power button,it shuts down but this white blinking light doesn't stop. It has a built-in battery so I can't remove it. It's been 1 Mont since I got it
