    My alcatel firece 2 wont charge unless its off any know why ?

    The phone used to work fine idk how it just all of a sudden stop chaging it while its on ...now the phone must be off in order for it to charge. Ive different chargers but new charger and still the problem occurs .Can ne1 help in this situation ?
